Chocolate ice cream
- 390 ml of whole milk
- 110 ml of cream
- 90 gr sugar
- 13 gr bitter cocoa
- 130 gr dark cocoa 70%
Preparation:
In a saucepan heat the cream to max 70 °, remove it from the heat and add the chopped cocoa and sugar and mix until everything is dissolved, let it cool.
Add the cold milk and pour into the ice cream maker. The ice cream will be ready in about 25 minutes and serve.
