Coffee ice cream

  • 120 g of mocha or espresso coffee (to be used quickly because oxidation begins after a few seconds). For a strong flavor of ice cream, increase the dose or make it stronger
  • 220 g of cream
  • 250 g of whole milk
  • 150 g sugar

Procedure:

Prepare the coffee and let it cool.

Put it in a bowl and add milk, cream and sugar.

Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved

Pour into the ice cream maker for about 30 minutes
